Crafted inside a small distillery in Leith, Edinburgh, Port of Leith Distillery is originally a whisky manufacturer, who decided to do their take on the perfect London Dry Gin. Establishing their gin distillery in 2017, it took them nearly 2 year to perfectly balance the ingredients to their liking of what the perfect London Dry Gin should taste like. With juniper at its core, they use fresh lime peel and a hint of pink peppercorns to create a classic benchmark expression that is balanced, dry and intensely refreshing.
