Return policy
There is given 14-day return policy on goods purchased at our Webshop.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order.
The customer is responsible for bearing the return costs, including any surcharges incurred from importing the return to Denmark. In the event of any surcharges arising from the import of the return to Denmark, such surcharges will be passed on to the customer. HARRESØ reserves the right to withhold the return until the surcharge has been paid. Failure by the customer to pay the surcharge grants HARRESØ the right to deduct the surcharge amount from the return refund.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days.
The notification shall be given per mail at info@harresoe.com. In the message, please let us know clearly that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal.

The condition of the product when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you was to try it on in a physical store.
If the item is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a part of or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant's commercial value.
In order to receive the full purchase amount, you are allowed to do the same as you can at a physical store. You are allowed to test the product, but do not take it in real use.
Please ensure to return all items in original packaging, and with the correct tags for each item.
Return requirements:
Please read the below information carefully before initiating a return. Failure to comply with the following requirement grants HARRESØ the right to refuse a return, as the product can no longer be considered eligible for resale as a new item. For this reason, we strongly suggest that each customer carefully reads the terms before submitting an order or initiating a return.
- Original item packaging must be included when returning an item. This includes the external packaging and all product/brand tags.
- Both the returned item(s) and the packaging has to be unused as new condition.
- In order to maintain the soles in fully intact and new condition, trying on footwear must be conducted exclusively on a soft and protective surface.
- The customer must ensure to return the order directly to the HARRESØ. Any returns delivered to a package delivery shop will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's own expense.
