There is given 14-day return policy on goods purchased at our Webshop.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order.
Return costs must be hold by yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days.
The notification shall be given per mail at email@example.com. In the message, please let us know clearly that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal.

All exchanges will be made at the door during the Pick-Up point Opening Hours.
PLEASE NOTE* You can only exchange your products after having established an agreement with HARRESØ.
Items can also be exchanged into certificates of credit. Due to the danish law, we can not provide refunds before the shop once again is able to open up.

The return and/or exchange of the present bought online must happen before or on the 11th of January 2021.

The condition of the product when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you was to try it on in a physical store.
If the item is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a part of or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant's commercial value.
In order to receive the full purchase amount, you are allowed to do the same as you can at a physical store. You are allowed to test the product, but do not take it in real use.
