We recommend all our customers to read the information below carefully. These initiatives are to ensure the minimization of returned orders and a waste of resources for both our customers and the environment. We aim to provide the best possible service and invite all customers to send an email via the contact page found in the footer of the website if any guidance is needed.

We advise our customers to read all necessary information found in our terms & conditions before submitting an order to ensure the best possible shopping experience.

  • The sale is available both online and in our physical shop, with some items being exclusive to our webshop and therefore not available in our physical shop.
  • Orders in multiple quantities or with mixed sizes will be taken into review and may be subject to further consulting and canceled if deemed necessary.
  • Orders exceeding 2 or more items will be canceled.
  • If an item is further discounted after purchase, no price matching is available.
  • Sale items can not be wrapped as gifts.
  • Unfortunately, we are not capable of providing measurements on the styles in our sale section. We kindly advise our customers to research what size they need in the respective brands before placing their orders.


      Return requirements:
      Please read the below information carefully before initiating a return. Failure to comply with the following requirement grants HARRESØ the right to refuse a return, as the product can no longer be considered eligible for resale as a new item. For this reason, we strongly suggest that each customer carefully reads the terms before submitting an order or initiating a return.

      • Original item packaging must be included when returning an item. This includes the external packaging and all product/brand tags.
      • Both the returned item(s) and the packaging has to be unused as new condition.
      • In order to maintain the soles in fully intact and new condition, trying on footwear must be conducted exclusively on a soft and protective surface. 
      • The customer must ensure to return the order directly to HARRESØ. Any returns delivered to a package delivery shop will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's own expense.


      Handling time:
      Delivery times may be a little longer during sales and public holidays. We kindly ask for you to be patient during the sale period, as our small staff is working as fast as possible to accommodate the number of orders.
      When your order leaves the shop you will receive a tracking number via e-mail, which you can follow to see the current status of your order.
