About VINCENT BACHELET

Domaine Vincent Bachelet is rooted in a long Burgundy winemaking lineage, but its modern chapter began in 2008 when Vincent Bachelet, son of Bernard Bachelet, established his own estate in Chassagne-Montrachet.

Today the domaine spans roughly 17 hectares across some of the Côte de Beaune’s most renowned villages, including Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Pommard, Saint-Aubin, Santenay, and Maranges, with an additional parcel in Gevrey-Chambertin. The vineyards are cultivated using sustainable, reasoned practices, with meticulous pruning, controlled yields, and hand harvesting to preserve fruit integrity. In the cellar, Bachelet combines traditional Burgundian methods with precision: reds ferment gently in stainless steel, and all wines age in oak barrels within 18th-century vaulted cellars that provide ideal conditions.

The estate’s focus on purity and terroir expression results in refined, balanced Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays that reflect both heritage and a thoughtful modern approach. Today, Vincent’s children contribute to the domaine’s work, carrying forward a family legacy built on craftsmanship, tradition, and respect for Burgundy’s storied soils.
